MACC Scholarship exclusively for Malaysian students

The Malaysia-Australia Colombo Plan Commemoration (MACC) scholarships provide an opportunity for students from Malaysia and Australia to experience each other's cultures through education. There are scholarships available that can cover full or partial tuition fees for Malaysian and Australian students who want to study in each other's countries. More than 250 students have benefited from these MACC Scholarships, which are worth a total of more than RM5 million.
The Malaysian Australian Alumni Council (MAAC), a national organisation for Malaysian Alumni Associations of Australian Universities and other higher education institutions, is in charge of and oversees the MACC Scholarship Program with the assistance of the Australian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), and the Australian Department of Education, Skills, and Employment (DESE).

You can get a MACC Scholarship by applying and being accepted into one of the partner universities. Get an offer letter from your chosen university and you'll be on your way!
- Must hold an offer letter from the university offering the MACC Scholarship
- Waiting for an offer letter from the partnered university
- Applicants who have not received any offer letters and new applicants
